Lolicon/ShotaconIf I am uncomfortable with the commission requests, I will let you know but if there is something that’s not on these lists that you’d like in your artwork, you may ask me if I can draw it and I will also let you know! Please do not be afraid to ask and communicate!As the Buyer you may-Use the art for personal use like icons, profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, and personal display online or in person
-Post on social media WITH credit
-Use the art for any nonprofits like fanwork, edits, slideshows, fanfictions and so on WITH creditAs a buyer, you may NOT- Claim it as your own artwork
- Reuse the art to resell
- Trace over the artwork
- Trace or copy the artwork
- Send references to me that contain AI (with knowledge of AI)
- Use to train AI or change any feature with AI (NO AI!!!)If I see any negative use of my artwork, I will contact you and if nothing is done further, I will blacklist and block you and also let people be aware of your actions. Commission Info/Process
Make sure to read my TOS!For communication and wanting to chat, you can use any of my socials or email me at [email protected] ( I will let you know the status of comms I have at the moment, and if full, you will be put on a waitlist and i will provide the time for how long.)First:When you contact me, please provide the specifics of what you want and the details of how you want it drawn. You can also send references and examples of any artwork to help your idea, I can help brainstorm with any idea if needed. You can also send a screenshot or say an example of my artwork I’ve put anywhere online as a base design or something similar.Second/Payment:
I take a 50% deposit first upfront on PayPal after we have communicated what you’d like in your artwork. Afterwards, I will work on sketches and any edits or reimagines you want can be done. Finally, once we have a final sketch, the other 50% will be sent.Refunds: If there is a problem with the time wait and if it takes too long + with no updates from me after contacting, you will be issued a refund. If there is an issue with the sketches and wasn't something you envisioned, you may request a refund. I do not do refunds if the whole piece is finished/rendered.Art process:
I do not charge for any sketch or final art edits, I try my best to help you in any way! THe process itself may take days or weeks depending on how big the piece is. That includes sketching, coloring, or rendering. I send updates regularly of how the sketch is going, and if there is any emergency hold I have to do on your artwork, I will let you know as soon as possible.Final Piece:After I have sent the final artwork and you are satisfied, I will email you a jpg or pdf file (whatever you prefer) and you can download it for the highest quality. You can do whatever you’d like with your art, whether that be posting it on social media or using it as your own promotions ( as long as you follow my TOS!!!!) . I may ask to post on my social media or on my website to use as an example, feel free to deny or accept and also feel free to ask to keep yourself anonymous if I do get approval from you to post it.
